Glaze support

Drag a piece from the tray onto the board. Fill a whole row or column to clear it. Clear on consecutive turns to build a combo. The game ends when none of the three pieces fit. The in-game tutorial shows the basics, and Pause → How to play is always there.

Every day at midnight UTC, and everyone gets the same puzzle. It unlocks after your first two games. Replaying a finished daily is practice and doesn't change your score or streak.

Open Glaze → Shop → Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought with. Themes and Remove Ads are restored; hints you already used are not.

Purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds are requested through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Remove Ads turns off the ads between games. Rewarded ads (for example "watch to continue") stay available because they are always your choice. If you still see ads between games, try Restore purchases, then email us.

Glaze → Settings → Ad privacy choices. You can also turn off tracking in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can play every game either way.

Progress is saved on your device. It moves with an iPhone backup or Quick Start transfer, but deleting the app removes it. Game Center keeps your leaderboard scores and achievements.

Make sure you are signed in under iPhone Settings → Game Center, then finish a game while online. Scores send automatically when a connection is available.

Glaze → Settings → Notifications, or iPhone Settings → Notifications → Glaze. Glaze sends at most one reminder a day.

Glaze supports Dynamic Type, VoiceOver labels and Reduce Motion, and has colour-blind tile patterns (Glaze → Settings → Colour-blind patterns).
